The Citizens’ Assembly on gender equality was established in July 2019. The Assembly is now inviting public submissions to inform their discussions and the recommendations they will make around the issue of gender in Irish society over the coming months.
As part of the Limerick Spring Festival of Politics and Ideas, NCCWN Limerick Women’s Network will hold a public consultation at Ormston House to develop a submission. On 28 February 2020, women are invited to drop in between 11am and 1pm to share their opinions. If you cannot make the consultation but would like your opinions to be included, you can request a questionnaire here. If you are working with a group of 10 or more women and would like the network to facilitate a consultation session, you can make a request here.
