Programme

World Recipe Exchange
World Recipe Exchange is a programme of food events with a large sprinkling of solidarity. We are bringing people together to explore the diverse international culinary traditions of our city.
The starting point – food – is a rich, adventurous, colourful and tasty area to explore. It is a concept easy to engage with, whether by contributing a recipe, an ingredient, a story, or simply by tasting and listening. Once we gather at our common table, bit by bit, bite by bite, we get to know each other.
How does it work? How can I join?
* Taking part in World Recipe Exchange is free for all.
* We provide all materials, pay for the ingredients, organise a space to cook the dish, and print copies of your recipe to share with others.
* We decorate the space to make it an inviting and relaxing place to spend time.
* We invite the public to join us at our event location: we meet new people, taste new dishes, share recipes and celebrate our cultural diversity.
