María Eugenia Larreina and Lauren McCullough
Ormston House recently welcomed María Eugenia Larreina and Lauren McCullough to our team.
Joining us through the Global Training Scheme, María is a researcher and translator specialising in accessibility. She holds a PhD from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where she explored audio description in video games. Her work focuses on accessibility across diverse cultural spaces and formats, with a particular interest in collaborative and participatory approaches to making the arts more inclusive for all audiences.
Lauren is an artist living and working between Limerick and Louth. She is currently a student of the Painting and Expanded Practice department at Limerick School of Art and Design, where she works in a variety of media including textiles, collage, and graphite pencil. She is interested in ideas relating to the body, nature, and chronic illness.
María and Lauren will assist in the day-to-day running of the organisation and the delivery of our 2025 programme.
