As of January 2017, Ormston House has formally joined the River//Cities Network with 22 member organisations across Europe co-founded by Impact in Poland, Intercult in Sweden, Cities on Water in Italy, and Art Travel in Ukraine. 

The main objectives of the Network are to increase cultural activity in urban waterfront areas, to encourage policy change and increased investment in cultural initiatives, to generate cross-disciplinary collaborations, and to create capacity-building opportunities. 

We look forward to sharing and learning about cultural programming in river cities and to growing the ambition of our annual project on the River Shannon.
