Ormston House is delighted to receive funding support from the Waterways Ireland Heritage Grants Programme for the first phase of The Museum of Mythological Water Beasts, a multi-year project about, along and on the River Shannon, beginning in 2017. Co-curated by Niamh Brown & Mary Conlon, a series of walks, talks & workshops will kick off this Summer led by local artists, historians, monster-hunters, scientists and river-enthusiasts.
